This is our Terms and Conditions for doing business with us, Abundant C&P, Abundant Life Concierge, and A. Live Wellness & Relaxation Wellness Spa.

Website Disclaimer Policy

Information in all Abundant Life Concierge, Abundant C&P, and Dr. Nicole D.O. websites are presented as public service information.

It is not intended to be nor is it a substitute for professional medical advice. Refunds Policy
Abundant C&P has a no refund policy on services completed and appointments booked. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending approval of each provider.

If you schedule an appointment and then wish to cancel it, there are no refunds.

If you schedule a service after reading the eligibility requirements, and then it is determined that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, no refunds will be granted. It is imperative that you read all eligibility requirements before booking a service (for example, if you pay for a handicap placard but you do not meet the requirements listed such as being 100% service connected or service connected for conditions that do not impair the ability to walk, then you may not be granted the full placard and refunds will be at the discretion of the doctor)

Products purchased at Abundant C&P have a strict return/refund policy: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same new and unused condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. For purchases made with gift cards or gift certificates, the refunded monies will be reapplied to the original gift card or gift certificate, no cash refunds are offered for gift cards or gift certificates. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation and rebooking fees will apply according to our policy below:

Appointments made within the 48-hour period, that are canceled less than 12 hours prior to the reserved appointment time may be subject to an additional rebooking fee.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. Abundant C&P policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another session. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made and may be subject to a rebooking fee if you no show or cancel more than once.

Appointment Confirmation
As a courtesy, you will receive email and/or text reminders prior to your scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees. Please note, that times listed for the appointments are based on EST time zone.

REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION POLICY
Abundant C&P will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified patrons with disabilities. An individual with a disability is a person who:

(1) has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities; or

(2) has a record of such an impairment; or

(3) is regarded as having such an impairment.

Abundant C&P is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to its patrons to ensure that individuals with disabilities enjoy equal access to all services provided and will provide reasonable accommodations:

– When a patron with a disability needs a reasonable accommodation to obtain access to a service.

– A patron or another individual on behalf of the patron may request a reasonable accommodation.

Abundant C&P will process requests for reasonable accommodations and will provide reasonable accommodations where appropriate in a prompt and efficient manner.

While all Services staff will oversee requests for reasonable accommodations, all management personnel must be familiar with this policy.

PACKAGE POLICY: Purchased packages are nontransferable and expire 1 year from date of purchase.
